Week #2 - Getting better!!

The mighty JCPeery was feeling a bit off his game after a week one performance that left him at 4-4 with an average score of 187 per team.

Fortunately week two arrived!  This week we posted a 7-2 record with an average score of 202.93.  The team of the week for us was the Provo Jomegamen.  They put up a 220.92 in an solid all around effort.  However, I am a little dissapointed that on Saturday afternoon the score was over 240.  After Saturdays games down to 230 and then all the way down to 220 after Sunday.  Kobe needs to start putting up some stronger numbers.  Victory is muted when you know that your best team did not do quite as well as at least two Broham teams......pffffft.

I still think my strongest all around team is the Happy Valley Voles of the Sugar Ray League.  They put up a 204.24 in week 1 and a 214.90 in week 2.  Too bad I couldn't get it together to send in my $5 to add them to the prize pool!!

My two loser-teams are clearly the Raleigh Carnies of Cary of Travishamockery and the Cary Carnage of the Big 16 League.  Some lessons to be learned there:  first, Cary is a bad place to headquarter your team.  Second, don't draft a center too early just because he's a center.  RCC drafted Shaq with the 17th overall pick....big mistake.  The Carnage drafted Brad Miller in the third round......even bigger mistake.  I am embarassed every time I think about drafting Brad Miller that early.  Damn live drafts.

Meh, Crispy is sad. 1W, 2L this week. Only the Zoolander Blue Steel in the Cowbell league is staying strong with 2 wins.

220.92 and not in the top ten last week.....what the hell is going on out there!!
