Developed using highly reliable scientific methods and a crack panel of experts (or is an expert panel of crack?!) 240 players were assigned new rankings (Thx to Ciwasko, DLBass, ZZRay, Younggod, Schottsie and Doug.)

Afterwards, we tacked on all remaining rookies... identified about 50 players that deserve mention (and tacked them on as well) and then added all remaining players who had minutes last year by KF avg. descending.  (Total 508 ranked players).

Thanks for the spreadsheet Broham.  Is it possible to include player position in the sheet?  If it involves a lot of work, don't worry about it.  Thanks
