As a teaser to the coach's poll results...  I have averaged the results to show top users with multiple teams...  The masses have spoken...

I think it's the average of all your team rankings.  Didn't occur to me before.

Exactly!  Its actually the average rank of all your teams (not average of votes - which would skew the number towards the OR or another league with many voters...)

I know the season is still less than a week from being over, but is there a way to put this list side-by-side with the actual results when all the leagues are done?

I think in order to compare preseason standings to final season standings, you will have to change the scoring Colonel. 

Change it from average place the owner was voted to the average rank they were after all the voting.

For example, in the OR, the Nerds average place they were voted was 13.67, kind of confusing.  However, that meant they were ranked 16th in the league.

So looking at my preseason average (it's easy, I'm last), I'm 11.81, still confusing.  But if you average were I actually ranked 16, 14, 12 (OR, Sugar Ray, 88, respectively) my average preseason ranking is 14th.

(The preseason voting also cannot be compared with final season standings because you can't vote on final Coach's standings.  You are what you are at the end of the season.)



The poll was not taken in ABC.  I think this may have helped my lousy average.

A final ranking would be nice, personally i think the pre-season rankings shouldn't even be used for comparison because in most leagues only 4 or 5 people voted...
